Young, meditation and leadership – The Eco de Tandil

Young people of the city participated in the leadership workshop, and meditation organized by the global movement Yes Plus.

The meeting took place in the Library Rivadavia. More than 70 young people between 18 and 32 years experienced the meditation and knew the importance of yoga and breathing to have a better quality of life.

“We filled up the life of activities thinking that it is to have a good life but the tensions, the demands and the stress won’t let us enjoy it, and then loses sense,” shares Joaquin, one of the speakers.

Yes Plus it is a movement that is based on the pillars of leadership, the sense of belonging by the community, the team work, the yoga, the meditation and breathing techniques. It turns out to be an ideal combination to develop the maximum potential of the young people.

Programs of Yes Plus have already been successfully implemented in major universities of the world like Cambridge, Harvard and Oxford, and in our country at the University Torcuato di Tella, Universidad de Buenos Aires, University of the 21st Century, among others.

“Young people have so many ideals but sometimes we struggle to pass to the action. Yes Plus gives us the tools to pursue the life you really want”, adds Lucia, one of the instructors. “As I said Ghandi, be the change you want to see in the world”.

The program Yes Plus you will be teaching in the city from 8 to 11 June. For more information write to
