Signs of alarm because of the stress?
– In the physical aspect, have headaches, high blood pressure, sweating, respiratory difficulties, nervous tics, fatigue, apathy, palpitations, diarrhea, low libido, among others, but one of the most affect the well-being is related to insomnia or difficulties to fall asleep.
At the level of behavior may be present, addictions, aggressive behavior, excessive consumption of food, conflicts in interpersonal relationships, phobias and neglect of work responsibilities or family.
