Meditation, asanas and the relationship between yoga and christianity are some of the topics that will be covered in the sixth edition of the Sadhana Yoga Conference in Guayaquil, between the 15th and 17th of September.
The event dedicated to yoga and holistic health will bring five teachers and international specialists, among them Sri Arunji H. S., of India, who was a student of Sri B. K. S. Iyengar, has written 15 books, is a yoga teacher for more than three decades and will give the talk ‘All asanas lead to Tadasana’.
Another of the conferenciastas will be the German Swamini Nityamuktananda Saraswati, phd in Organic Philosophy, with studies in Theology, Psychology, Philosophy, and other sciences, who will give the talk ‘Meditation, Yoga and Christianity’.

The other speakers are Dr. Sat Bir Singh Khalsa, Ph.D., professor of medicine at the prestigious University of Harvard; Madhava Naidoo, recognized as one of the best exponents of kirtan (meditation with mantras sung) at the global level; and the kriya yogi Diego Bernal, who use sound therapy as means of healing.
