T-Series had a fantastic 2016 on YouTube with exponential growth in its monthly views. On the videosharing site, T-Series has beaten top channels like Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift to claim the top spot globally.
While the company has always been a market leader in the country, last year it also became the first Indian music label to find a place in the top 10 ‘YouTube’s Most Viewed Channel List’. In 2016, T-Series clocked 7.3 billion views (crossing 892.5 million views in December 2016 alone). Bollywood music videos has a huge audience across the world and this only reinforces the fact.
