In order to carry out administrative work more efficient, the State Government intends to promote the professionalization of public servants through a culture of transparency, legality and innovation.
As was announced by the holder of the Oficialía mayor, Elijah Pesina Rodriguez, who explained that it is through the training as a driver of innovation in the public service.
The state official indicated that, to provide better administrative processes to the public, it works through the direction of human development of the Oficialía mayor in order to strengthen and promote the professionalization of the public servants.

Likewise, it was the final session of the diploma in Quality Management involving staff of the State Laboratory of Public Health, the Sanitary Jurisdiction III, and Laboratories of Cervical Cancer and Zoonotic diseases, all of them belonging to the Health Services in the State.
The unit conducted the training session in Human Rights and Gender for civil servants and officials of the Government of San Luis Potosi involving staff of the Oficialía mayor and SEDUVOP in the first part.
