From this month, the company Air France invites you to learn (and take) your program of meditation through the application of Mind for their long-distance flights. The aim is that young people and adults are able to enjoy a session of meditation guided unpublished-available in Spanish, French, English, and Portuguese – in the new section of “Meditation”, which you can see on the screens of the individual planes of Air France.
The audio is available in Spanish, French, English and Portuguese.
“The plane trip is a good opportunity to invest time in yourself. Time to rest, read, reflect, watch a movie – it’s time to meditate! The meditation exercises that we propose here, many of which were specially designed for Air France, is based on a simple method and secular, has been validated by scientific studies,” says Christophe André, author of “Meditating day-to-day”.
