In a way, this is a manual for beginners in the practice of yoga. The manner of presenting the topics is didactic and simple. Meets, in addition, with the expectations of those who seek in this title a self-help book.
However, the most interesting part of the book are the early chapters, in which the author gives his testimony about the pitfalls that he had faced, marked by different types of excess, before discovering the benefits of meditation. That angle of his personal history serves to give credibility to the teaching that aims to convey.
However, after the first half of the book, the lines devoted to the biography of the author are vacuous and disforzadas, which distracts from the main message.
Beyond that, it is a fun way to introduce the public not specialized in the practice of meditation and the philosophy that accompanies it.
