The Iztapalapa delegation informed that on Saturday 19 August will be a meditation mass in the Unit Vicente Guerrero, with the purpose of “harmonizing the healing energy of the woman and encouraging her reconstruction of the social fabric”.

According to a press release, for that reason invites all women of this and other districts to participate in the meditation mass that is expected to count with the attendance of over two thousand people.
In the event the attendees will be able to experience a reunion with your nature through a guided meditation, which will include the creation and contemplation of mandalas.
They may also participate in workshops and activities that allow release of the female gender social stereotypes that encourage guilt, physical and emotional pain, as well as anguish and incomprehension, and, in contrast, restore your figure as a source of abundance, wisdom and strength,” adds the press release.
In the framework of the meditation will be a journey to deliver to the residents of the Dwelling Unit Vicente Guerrero 29 mandalas monumental as embodied in the walls of the buildings, which, for its dimension, it can be seen at a distance on the Peripheral East.
Each mural will display a mandala dedicated to the healing and blessing of the uterus, this according to the thoughts of hindu and buddhist, in that it proposes a healing experience through contemplation and meditation.
“This project is dedicated to women, is a recognition of all that is embodied in the 29 buildings to be intervened by groups of Iztapalapa to recognize the feminine energy and so empoderarla,” said the chief, delegation, Dione Anguiano.
The collective Iztapalarte, with others, will draw the symbolic representations of the self and the universe, which help you to channel energy “to heal emotional experiences without processing, such as neglect, sexual abuse, the transit of the first menstruation and menopause, among others.”
In the matter of actions in favour of women, the delegation Iztapalapa has conducted 38 workshops on sexual and reproductive health, which includes more than six thousand examinations of mammography and 80 information days on social rights and non-discrimination.
In that sense, to the current administration delegation meditation bulk of the population, as alternative therapy of healing, is part of the actions to restore the social fabric and bring peace to the demarcation more populous part of the City of Mexico.
