Adults, the elderly and the public in general of Peru were able to learn and benefit from yesterday with a demonstration of the gentle and invigorating exercises of the ancient practice of Falun Dafa. The appointment took place at the Civic Centre Municipal of the district of Comas, province of Lima, on the occasion of “National Day of the Older Adult“.

The presentation, organized by the Centre of Integration of the elderly (CIAM) in coordination with the Ministry of Health and the Directorate General of strategic Interventions in Public Health, was attended by a series of 4 exercises of qigong high level (an ancestral technique of slow that works with the inner energy) and the meditation of Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong).
